Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately determine the root cause of problems and identify alternative solutions that resolve these problems both short and long term.
  • Ability to evaluate data, information, and arguments, identify logical connections, and assess the validity of different perspectives.
  • Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate stationary charging systems for electric machines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration onto customer sites.
  • Coordinate system-level testing and validation planning to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve usability and customer integration issues related to charging systems.
  • Manage technical documentation, including design requirements / specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in charging technology.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the NPI and TRL processes
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, and software integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements for EV charging systems.
  • Proven knowledge in the development and integration of systems, preferably in the heavy equipment or EV charging industry.
  • Knowledge with system-level testing and validation.
  • Passion for sustainable technology and electric mobility.
  • Proficiency in Creo.
