SET Integration Engineer

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to quickly and accurately determine the root cause of problems and identify alternative solutions that resolve these problems both short and long term.
Ability to evaluate data, information, and arguments, identify logical connections, and assess the validity of different perspectives.
Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions.
Proactive communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Design, develop, and integrate stationary charging systems for electric machines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration onto customer sites.
Coordinate system-level testing and validation planning to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve usability and customer integration issues related to charging systems.
Manage technical documentation, including design requirements / specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in charging technology.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.

Knowledge of the NPI and TRL processes
Strong knowledge of power electronics, and software integration.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements for EV charging systems.
Proven knowledge in the development and integration of systems, preferably in the heavy equipment or EV charging industry.
Knowledge with system-level testing and validation.
Passion for sustainable technology and electric mobility.
Proficiency in Creo.
