Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to quickly and accurately determine the root cause of problems and identify alternative solutions that resolve these problems both short and long term.
- Ability to evaluate data, information, and arguments, identify logical connections, and assess the validity of different perspectives.
- Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions.
- Proactive communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how different parts of a system interact and influence each other.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate stationary charging systems for electric machines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration onto customer sites.
- Coordinate system-level testing and validation planning to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve usability and customer integration issues related to charging systems.
- Manage technical documentation, including design requirements / specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in charging technology.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the NPI and TRL processes
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, and software integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements for EV charging systems.
- Proven knowledge in the development and integration of systems, preferably in the heavy equipment or EV charging industry.
- Knowledge with system-level testing and validation.
- Passion for sustainable technology and electric mobility.
- Proficiency in Creo.
