Responsibilities
- Leads all assembly operations in the plant
- Analyzes and determines material, equipment, and staffing requirements
- Responsible for identification, implementation, and verification of continuous improvement opportunities
- Responsible for the implementation and compliance with shop floor standards
- Responsible for the overall quality of the product produced
- Motivates and directs the training of all production personnel
- Ensures the Customers needs are met
- Reports accidents, occupational illnesses, and HSE&E emergencies
- Ensures compliance with all safety procedures
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or Plant Manager
