Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
- Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience and mastery of relevant technical or business skills required to accomplish the job.
- Experience with online marketing strategies and digital operations in a DTC retail environment. Hands-on omni-channel operations experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing business plans with track record of successfully securing approvals and funding for initiatives.
- Ability to analyze datasets of varying complexities and derive relevant insights to guide program strategies.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, and collaboration tools such as Miro.
- Expert skills crafting visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages.
Responsibilities
- Acts as key support function for Ecommerce Site Director, facilitating a wide range of initiatives and projects to support day-to-day and long-range operations.
- Proactively monitors health of supply chain, inventory/order status, fulfillment SLAs, and consumer satisfaction data. Quickly actions on emerging issues and opportunities, updating digital leaders and stakeholders accordingly.
- Runs operational playbooks for peak selling periods, unique fulfillment scenarios, and responding to delivery issues. Manages cross-functional work of others and conducts hindsights to drive process improvements.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain partners to achieve fulfillment operations objectives and enable seamless returns and warranty.
- Partners with Retail Operations and external drop-ship partners to support omnichannel capabilities and fulfillment.
- Manages Columbia gift card program end-to-end, including owned virtual and physical inventory as well as marketing and distribution in strategic marketplaces.
- Oversees operations of new and growing commerce channels, supporting planning, rollout, and managing the work of third parties and internal cross-functional teams.
- Maintains site policies in alignment with business objectives, legal, consumer service and protection, fraud and risk mitigation best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
