Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty retail or skincare consultation is preferred, particularly in a luxury or prestige environment.
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, trends, and treatment options. Certification in skincare or cosmetology is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for skincare and beauty, with a desire to share knowledge and help others achieve their skincare goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their skincare concerns and goals while recommending SK-II products that suit their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of SK-II products, ingredients, and application techniques to effectively communicate benefits and usage to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Uphold the SK-II brand image and values through professional demeanor, appearance, and communication. Ensure the brand’s prestige is reflected in all customer interactions.
• Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized product display in-store, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented according to brand guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Share insights and best practices with team members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring follow-up and post-purchase engagement to drive loyalty.
