Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, heaters, pumps, and controllers
• Ensure equipment functionality, troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors as needed
• Manage detailed water chemistry analysis and adjustments
• Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter maintenance
• Document and report any pool surface issues accurately
• Provide comprehensive orientations for homeowners on system operations and maintenance
• Educate clients clearly on automation systems, heating, lighting, and maintenance schedules
• Serve as a professional representative, addressing client questions and concerns thoroughly and effectively
• Ensure a smooth hand-off, leaving customers feeling confident and satisfied
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
• Perform daily inventory checks, promptly reporting any supply or maintenance requirements
• Record detailed equipment settings, conditions, and documentation via company software
• Complete daily task checklists accurately and thoroughly
• Stay current with industry advancements through regular training and knowledge sharing
