Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven track record of success in each job you’ve held
Responsibilities
- Maintain a client renewal rate of 91% at all times
- Respond to each client request by the end of each day
- Work across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs
- Record all updates and client touchpoints in Salesforce each day
- Conduct regular check-ins with each client
- Maintain emotional and mental composure organizing and prioritizing tasks
- Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing
- Own a book of business with 100+ clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in client relations preferred
