Requirements
- BS and 3+ years of experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
- Experience integrating Hardware/Software or Hardware/Firmware development.
- Python or other scripting languages.
Responsibilities
- Work on a Program Management team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to enable timely silicon to meet daring product schedules of powerful silicon.
- Drive internal program processes to guarantee high-quality silicon definition and design execution.
- Develop scripts and automation to implement scalable pre and post silicon SOC methodology.
- Evaluate current processes and drive innovative, coordinated improvements and methodologies.
- Interface and drive silicon work and issues across multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, Operations, and Software.
- Manage dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites.
- Focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a dynamic engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking and real-time crisis management.
- Expertise owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics.
- Technical Program or Project Management, or Functional Management experience.
- Phenomenal leadership and communication skills (Executive communication).
- Experience working with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA).
- Experience with IP-XACT as an IP exchange format.
