Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of work experience in executive communications, social media or communications.
Responsibilities
- Build a multi-channel strategy and editorial calendar to reach key audiences (including key opinion formers, developers, partners, users, and employees).
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to amplify company news and product moments, and tell the stories of our technology, culture, and impact.
- Lead on content creation, from writing posts to developing assets, in the distinct style of our leaders.
- Stay up to date on the latest science, technology and culture news, and suggest proactive strategies to engage.
- Conduct social listening to spot opportunities for real-time engagement and emerging reputational issues, taking actions to de-escalate when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working closely with leaders on the social media and executive communications.
- Ability to be active on social media and know the latest trends and best practices.
- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest news and conversations.
- Ability to translate technical topics into well-written content.
- Ability to be detail oriented and work with urgency on short deadlines, and be available in evenings and on weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication with editing skills and attention to detail.
