Requirements
- 4+ years in content creation or marketing, with proven experience managing multiple content mediums.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of video content best practices for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

- Proficiency with HubSpot for content management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier) for efficient content creation and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, platforms, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness for RepeatMD.
- Own content creation and management across Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms.
- Build a community of like-minded followers both in B2B and D2C.
- Plan, create, and post high-quality content tailored to each platform, including Reels, Stories, videos, and carousel posts.
- Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure RepeatMD stays relevant and engaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth across all social channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of the Glow & Grow Podcast, from planning episodes to managing guest appearances.
- Create a robust newsletter strategy to inform and engage clients while driving platform usage.
- Manage and grow the CEO’s personal brand presence on LinkedIn, Medium, and other platforms.
- Write and optimize thought-leadership pieces and multimedia content to position the CEO as an industry expert.
- Ensure all content adheres to RepeatMD’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to ensure alignment on creative direction, brand messaging, and visual consistency across campaigns.
- Partner with the video editor to create cohesive multimedia campaigns for social media and other platforms.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Product team to create and execute content strategies that effectively promote product launches, updates, and features to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align content efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide editorial oversight to maintain high-quality standards and a consistent brand voice.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all content mediums, using insights to refine strategies.
- Leverage SEO and platform-specific analytics to improve reach and engagement.
