Responsibilities
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages across social media platforms
- Build and maintain positive relationships with travelers, creating a vibrant community environment
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to creators who align with the Expedia Group brand and values
- Help manage creator partnerships, collaborating to produce fun and engaging content
- Organize and maintain creator content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
- Monitor community sentiment and track engagement metrics to optimize community interaction strategies
- Manage and track budgets for creator content partnerships to ensure efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community management supports Expedia Group’s business goals
- Stay up to date with trends in community management and creator content to keep Expedia Group fresh and innovative
