Requirements
- Core competency with tech stack namely, Python, Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, React Native
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Eager to learn about and experiment with new technologies
- Enjoy working cross-functionally with leadership, PMs, designers, and other engineers
- Seek to understand the business context and how technical work translates into real-world business outcomes
- Create clarity in ambiguity and take initiative to own the outcome
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from ideation and design through production and deployment
- Design, architect, and build highly-performant and reliable technical features, tools, and services using Node.js, React/React Native, Mongo, Python, GCP, Javascript
- Drive the technical vision, influence product strategy, and conduct regular technical reviews
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the product and platform in a high user volume, two-sided marketplace environment
- Serve as a mentor for junior engineers and participate in scaling the team
