Requirements
- Experience with Next.js and AWS
- Experience building something from scratch (startup, project, or feature)
- Hands-on approach and ability to move fast
- Ability to learn best by building
- Demonstrated excellence in education, work experiences, or projects
Responsibilities
- Optimize the ranking of profile results
- Add new filters or data sources to the search engine
- Delight users in the first 5 minutes of signing up to Juicebox
- Design, build, and ship product features from end to end
- Fine-tune models to extract relevant insights from profiles
- Build feedback loops for improving search queries
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase, OpenSearch (ElasticSearch)
- Familiarity with AWS SQS, Glue, etc.
- Experience with Open Source + OpenAI LLMs
