Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Devops Engineer, Network Operations Engineer, or related occupation
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows, Agile SDLC, Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines, Microservices, J2EE, Jenkins, Java, Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, Apache Tomcat, AWS Cloud Services, Automated Testing, Infrastructure As Code, Configuration management tools, Observability tools, Grafana dashboards, and PromQL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain various DevOps related tools using Java and Python
- Develop custom modules for AWS services and onboard customers to the AWS platform
- Build custom microservices through Ansible for automation purposes
- Enable customer applications to fully pave/repave through Jules leveraging automation
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for customers to provision infrastructure through a self-service model using Terraform
- Manage the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/integration infrastructure (CI/CD)
- Understand customer requirements for Observability and enable SLOs for customer applications using Observability tools.
