Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working on a team as a software engineer building full-stack web applications.
- Strong comfort level with JavaScript (TypeScript preferred).
- Experience writing features end-to-end, from components to database changes.
- Experience working with a team to plan, prioritize, build, and deploy code regularly using CI/CD tools.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A low ego and can-do attitude; willingness to admit mistakes and work to remedy them.
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously deploy internal tools for our real estate Transaction Coordinators and Agents.
- Prepare for national growth over the coming 12-18 months, establishing a repeatable market launch strategy and ensuring platform scalability for our growing user base.
- Work with stakeholders to design and architect solutions to our business problems.
- Help maintain API integrations and data pipelines that enable our partnerships.
- Participate in an on call rotation and help improve our monitoring and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with React, AWS, Postgres, SQL, Kafka, Airflow, Docker, CircleCI a plus.
