Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields and 6 years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of experience with Javascript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors, and HTML5
- Experience working in an Agile development team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new ad formats within our SDK using a blend of native mobile and web-based technologies, ensuring compatibility across platforms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, design, and build features that maximize engagement and performance
- Continuously improve automation quality and interoperability between creative and SDK, ensuring reliable and efficient rendering
- Enhance system efficiency and ensure seamless interactions between creative assets and SDKs
- Maintain and refine automated testing practices, optimizing workflows for developers and ensuring robustness for publishers and advertisers
- Leverage experimentation frameworks and canary release strategies to continuously test, measure, and improve ad unit performance across diverse environments
- Support cross-platform compatibility and functionality within the SDK
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment between technical implementations and business objectives
- Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to uphold high standards of code quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous AdTech experience is highly valued
- Experience developing mobile applications
- Advanced automated testing strategies using tools such as AWS Device Farm, iOS and Android simulators, Playwright, Selenium, etc.
