Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field OR 1-year full-time Software Engineering work experience
- 1-year total technical software engineering experience in one or more of the following areas: Programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java, Python, or Go)
Responsibilities
- Build highly-performant, reliable products used by hundreds of millions of customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and across teams to build and maintain backend services and solutions
- Create a reliable infrastructure to support large scale, recurring, and scheduled group orders
- Build the backbone technology that will power meal planning & ride calling experiences
- Provide merchants with intuitive tools to serve quality food and services for enterprise customers
- Enable opportunities for couriers to increase their income with higher incentives
- Make Uber corporate meal programs seamless and solve everyone’s needs
- Enable organizations to provide meals and rides with restrictions to guests and customers
- Power the guest and employee experience within the Uber application
