Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Expertise of software languages such as C#, C++, Java
- The ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Define, design, develop, test, certify and improve cutting-edge software products
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and software throughout the development process
- Involve in the design and development of new software products throughout the product lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containers and orchestration technologies
- Experience with DoD-focused open architecture specifications like FACE or OMS
- Experience with Command and Control Mission Systems or Autonomous aircraft systems
- Masters Degree in Computer Science
- Experience with safety-critical software
- Model Based Systems Engineering experience
