Requirements
- An Bachelors Degree – Computer Science preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development with at least one end to end implementation experience.
- Understanding of basic Finance Business Functions and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Next.js, and the ability to create custom components and widgets.
- Data Structures and Algorithm, Design Patterns
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles and experience with popular server-side languages like Node.js, Ruby, Python.
- Virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in BigQuery, Docker, Jenkins/Looper, Javascript, HTML/CSS and familiarity with popular API protocols as well.
- Very good hands on experience in Micro Services, Flask/Django, REST API , Python with DSA ; Docker technical stack and API design principles, including versioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Knowledge of database design and experience with relational databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases with Hadoop, Query Optimization ; Distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud (preferable), including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
- Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) methodologies and proficiency in writing unit tests and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end components.
- Experience ;expertise in Data processing and Data manipulation skills like Data warehousing concepts, SCD types etc At-least one cloud exposure (GCP is preferred).
- Security, Static Code Analysis – Code Gates, Cuber specific Vulnerabilities
- Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security protocols like SSL/TLS, OAuth, and JWT.
- Experience with Orchestration/Scheduling tools like Airflow/ Automic etc.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Develop world class application that meets and exceeds the needs of the business and the company.
- Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and technical requirements for the software.
- Design and develop highly scalable business application using open stack technologies.
- Work with upstream and downstream development teams to be represented in business application.
- Collaborate with 4ITB(Engineering, Product, Business, UX) team for better product development.
- Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
- Seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.
- Support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
