Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python and Django.
- Skilled in building microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficient in Golang and gRPC.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring and instrumentation, such as OpenTelemetry and MQTT.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and related concepts, such as devices and device configurations, networking protocols and layers, and network automation with ansible.
- Experience in building intuitive admin UI’s using HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap, as well as some experience with HTMX.
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, SaaS startup environment.
- Great communication skills, including the ability to write technical specifications with diagrams.
- Involvement with open source projects as a founder, maintainer or key contributor.
Responsibilities
- Building and extending the Discovery & Assurance suite of products, focusing on the Assurance NetBox plugins.
- Delivering both closed and open source software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI technologies like Claude, Codeium, Copilot and Cursor.
