Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing technical products and collaborating with engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and architects to address complex data and software-specific challenges
- Experience or familiarity with supply chain operations
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design and business teams to translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment across both functions
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact, feasibility and ROI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Coordinate the release of software, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery
- Prepare and distribute release notes, user documentation, and training materials to ensure stakeholders and end-users are informed and equipped
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement
