Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. May be possible to substitute experience for degree.
- Understanding of hybrid integration capabilities between on premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Proficiency in integrating systems, including understanding how to build, test, maintain, and manage API connections between enterprise systems.
- Understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage projects and timelines
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and architect the Enterprise Computer Maintenance Management System (eCMMS) system to meet NASA OSI requirements.
- Design, development, and configuration activities will encompass production, development and testing environments.
- Develop and document designs consistent with accepted engineering guidelines and practice and conduct appropriate reviews as designated by the technical point of contact.
- Provide engineering support for the RedHat OpenShift Maximo Application Suite container and platform environment.
- Manage and update customer or systems requirements and provide hardware and systems software enhancements in response to changing workloads and technologies.
- Analyze and define requirements to ensure that functionality, reliability, availability, and maintainability are addressed.
- Coordinate with NASA’s functional, infrastructure, and interface designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with IBM Maximo MAS
