Requirements
- Requires +20 years of experience as a member of or working with the target customer community
- Possess a current Part 107 license
- Requires experience working with International Intellectual Property suppliers
- Requires understanding of FCPA, ITAR and EAR regulations
- Be versed in international relations with demonstrated experience as a member of the customer community or as an industry member.
- Ability to lead and support Field Service efforts domestically and international
- Possess or can secure a Secret or higher security clearance
- Available to travel and lead services and support for extended periods of time CONUS and OCONUS
- Possess a bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Provide training, support, demonstration of products and capability internally and to potential and current customers.
- Define and develop needed requirements in support of customer demonstrations, operational implementation and training and support for product areas of responsibility.
- Provide leadership of field operational support efforts as required by the Solution Executive and as part of contractual obligations of the customer and Purchase Order or Contract.
- Provide and lead customer field training and operational execution as required. This includes operation of drones requiring a Part 107 license as DOD and FAA required.
- Provide feedback to team members and leadership to the solution teams withing the guidelines of corporate agreement and direction regarding customer feedback, operational needs and support requirements.
- Be the lead technical operations interface with the IP provider and key teammates. Must understand the operations, technology and implementation of the product for the warfighter.
- Communicate in real time as authorized and required with the IP provider in support of field operations before deployment, during deployment and post deployment within the bounds of ITAR and customer guidance and contractual direction.
- Provide Business Development efforts and actions for the short term, and strategic solutions to expand and grow the capabilities, products and solutions offered by this group and the greater company needs.
- Develop customer relationships to secure product sales and customer feedback.
- Provide communications between corporate and operational leads, business development leads and customers.
- Support development and execution of capture plans/paths forward to include attendance at applicable trade shows, and define best return on investments for demonstrations, trade shows, customer meetings and other events that may promote and provide access to customer influence and possible procurements of services and products.
- Coordinate and develop operational production and support requirements for potential products and services to include supporting RFP and pricing responses based on customer requests internally and externally with any key subcontractor, vendor and IP provider.
- Develop check lists, training manuals and other customer materials as required for demonstrations and fielding of products and solutions.
- Other activities that may be directed by the Program Manager.
