Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ Years hands on work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft C#, C++, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong experience with software development and architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, developers, and end-users.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitating collaborative discussions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on delivering creative and effective solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop actionable technology roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on software architecture and development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between business teams and development teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Lead the development of detailed solution designs, including architecture diagrams, documentation, and workflows.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions to ensure project success.
- Evaluate and recommend software and tools to enhance system capabilities and improve business processes.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, presenting technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in software architecture.
