Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Marketo design and implementation with deep system knowledge
  • 2-4 years of Marketo integration experience
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, preferably coming from a digital agency setting
  • Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions with Marketo Engage and other marketing technology platforms
  • An Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) is required
  • Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) is preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both written and oral, across various settings
  • Experience presenting in group environments with or without the use of technology

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement flexible, cutting-edge marketing solutions and system architectures with clear metrics, milestones, and QA processes
  • Oversee and document processes, technical requirements, and follow-ups, ensuring proactive communication with PMs and clients
  • Lead complex Tier A projects and client relationships, collaborating with PMs, SMEs, consultants, and AEs
  • Excellence in producing comprehensive technical documentation and enablement of client teams
  • Share design strategies with Configuration Consultants and Strategists, and validate the designs
  • Advise clients on best practices and tailored solutions for their teams
  • Cultivate client relationships, lead progress meetings, and update deployment strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert in marketing operations, delivering innovative, scalable solutions, and mentoring junior team members
  • Train clients on the Marketo platform and basic integrations, such as CRM (Salesforce and Dynamics 365), while handling all technical communications
  • Identify business opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and take decisive action to address challenges
  • Ability to estimate and scope new projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketo Measure and/or AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) for B2B client execution is desired, but not required
