Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the software/technology industry.
Experience with Generative AI and predictive AI products.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with broader back-end architectures (cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting software applications.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written (including VP and C-level presentations).
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our products/services to potential clients.
Configure trial accounts to meet the specific needs of prospects, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation period.
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering guidance and insights throughout the sales cycle to nurture relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Provide post-sales support by addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
