Requirements
- Owner mentality with accountability for outcomes and team quality.
- 2-4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering at a fast-growing SaaS company, with expertise in AI, automation, or conversational AI.
- Expertise in at least three of the following: CCaaS, CX, MarTech, AI/ML, APIs, & Programming.
- Passion for AI and automation, driving real business impact.
- Comfortable discussing NLP, LLMs, and AI automation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex AI and automation concepts to non-technical people.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support and align our solutions with our customers’ vision.
- Execute product demos for potential customers, emphasizing the power of AI Agents in customer communications.
- Assess prospect challenges, showcase how AI automation and data-driven interactions can drive efficiency, and present solutions effectively.
- Manage the RFP process from start to finish.
- Document prospect needs and relay feedback to our product & engineering teams.
- Address technical and product questions from internal teams, prospects, and channel partners, particularly those related to AI models, integrations, and automation.
- Stay current on AI and customer engagement trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance AI-powered solutions.
