Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience within AI/ML companies.
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, including selling highly technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong scripting proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of AI and hands-on experience with ML models, including the ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the AI space.
- Ability to develop and articulate AI solutions that artfully balance the symbiosis between technology and humanity while solving key business problems.
- Demonstrated leadership through strong project management, creative problem solving, and accountability of outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibited intellectual curiosity and empathy while thriving autonomously in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sama Account Executives and Sama Account Managers to deliver new customer pilots and grow technical relationships with existing customers.
- Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to design complex AI data solutions for clients, providing machine learning expertise through product demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops that align with client business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain demos, integrations, and other tools for executing successful pilot programs and customer expansions.
- Become an expert in Sama products from a business and technical standpoint and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Evangelize Sama and engage with customers at major industry events and academic conferences.
- Partner with Product and R&D to influence the Product roadmap based on real-time industry insights.
- Collaborate with fellow SEs and technical teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and technical insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience in AI, Computer Vision, or Robotics.
