Requirements

  • Hubspot expert with deep hands on experience
  • Ability to abstract complex problems into elegant technical solutions
  • Technical SEO performance for organic growth
  • Proven experience implementing marketing automation workflows and optimizing lead capture mechanisms
  • Solid experience using Google marketing platform (GA4, tag manager, search console etc)
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and marketing data pipelines
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about AI tools for marketing and a desire to not only dig in but ability to teach those around you
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, and/or SQL
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong bias toward tool building and process optimization over repetitive work
  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment strategies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal business units to develop and execute (technical) experiments to improve user acquisition and revenue generation
  • Build cutting-edge web experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and business among the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) community
  • Build and maintain integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and HubSpot
  • Support sales and marketing team on lead flow and lifecycle management
  • Implement and scale new marketing technologies and measure impact on conversion and efficiency
  • Design and launch personalized outbound campaigns that feel handcrafted at scale with a focus on Registered Investment Advisors
  • Apply a technology mindset to automating and personalizing content and support execution including events, webinars, blog articles, feature release videos etc.
  • Own and optimize the GTM stack, including Hubspot, Zapier, GA, SEM and other sales/marketing tools
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Eng to test hypotheses and accelerate growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment strategies is a plus
