Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the person out there searching for top-notch candidates for a variety of roles, using tools like LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to find the right fit.
  • You’ll be the friendly face supporting candidates during their office visits, making sure they feel comfortable and have a great experience throughout the process.
  • You’ll take the lead in creating a warm welcome for new hires by coordinating and running onboarding days.
  • You’ll keep track of candidate records, ensure all documentation is in order, and follow up on onboarding progress to make sure everything runs smoothly and is fully compliant.
  • You’ll work closely with the Talent Team and Hiring Managers to get a clear sense of what each role needs.
  • As a representative of Chapter2, you’ll ensure every new hire feels the values and culture we hold dear from the moment they join us.
  • You’ll never be afraid to jump in where needed, adapting quickly and making sure no detail is missed, no matter how small.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sourcing, talent acquisition support, or onboarding is a bonus, but a positive attitude is essential.
