Requirements
- 3+ years of management consulting experience and/or 5+ years relevant professional experience in Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and ad-hoc reports
Responsibilities
- Synthesize disparate data sources into insights and clear deliverables
- Create and present robust sourcing strategies and recommendations to client executives
- Coordinate communications with internal and external project team
- Develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders
- Understand how to create consensus among client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven client-facing skills and proficiency at building and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to excel at planning and managing multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment with a capacity for innovation and process improvement
- Earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
