Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Has a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Has leadership experience in a Spa & Salon or resort setting
- Is knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness, and self-care
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily operations of Spa and Salon, fitness center, staff engagement, and alignment with performance standards
- Support daily spa operations including interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Oversee administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, payroll, time clock corrections, and engineering requests
- Ensure service excellence by resolving guest concerns, communicating with other departments, and conducting regular provider room checks
- Assist in leading the implementation of policies, operating procedures, and upholding rules and regulations for all Spa & Salon staff
