Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong customer service, self-motivated, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for selling group tickets, and hospitality for the Wasabi Fenway Bowl and other Special Events.
- Develops new leads through cold calling, emails, text, and referrals from current customers.
- Plays an active lead role in brainstorming group ideas, and ideation of group initiatives.
- Must be a team player working alongside the Special Event team to execute group, and hospitality initiatives.
- Ability to assist the group & hospitality sales team for Red Sox Spring Training on site at JetBlue Park during the first quarter of the year.
- Provides excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and in person.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred; group or event sales experience preferred.
- Strong desire to be a sports sales industry leader.
