Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in operational support, client operations, administration, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management or invoicing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate operational processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Support client services teams across operational activities surrounding their engagements
- Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding procedures for client engagements.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes.
- Maintain up to date templates for pitch decks, case studies and other key collateral
- Act as a liaison between client teams and internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose operational efficiencies.
- Support client teams with ad-hoc requests related to engagement management and administration.
