Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence or a related role.
- Polished analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly interpret complex, large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrable track record of managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously and holding cross-functional team members accountable to deliverables and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated proactive approach of identifying and addressing business challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI and reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research platforms.
- Fluent in English and languages relevant to the working market.
Responsibilities
- Develop programs that monitor, analyze, and report out on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
- Own and lead the competitive intelligence function, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of competitive data.
- Ensure awareness, alignment, and integration of market intelligence insights into growth initiatives.
- Regularly present findings and insights to business leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence assets.
- Additional duties as assigned.
