Requirements
- Experience working with scaled technology platforms that have a focus on music products
- Experience in the music industry, preferably on the artist management side
- Ability creating campaign studies that show both positive impact, and areas for improvement
- Awareness of artist business tactics and marketing strategies
- Relationships with digital marketing teams and artist management teams
- 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience performing artist marketing related services, in collaboration with, an artist(s), artist management, or record label
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with major and independent musicians to help them succeed on Snapchat
- Create campaign case studies that help Snapchat optimize our products, tools, and services
- Onboard musicians as business accounts and help them grow their organic presence on platform
- Work with internal teams to develop growth and marketing activations for music
- Align internal activations with music release schedules
- Achieve operational excellence with internal and external partners
- Dive deep to strategically develop new opportunities that help both music and Snapchat grow on platform
