Responsibilities
- This Inside sales position will be responsible for handling all leads produced by digital sales platforms.
- These lead flows will include but are not limited to inbound calls, digital requests for additional information, online click to chats, and digital outbound leads.
- The seller will be responsible for following up on these leads within a given SLA timeframe and work to manage leads through the sales process to eventually close new revenue deals.
- Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required.
- May act as a support for field sellers’ efforts with their assigned accounts with no individual account ownership or as an independent seller with ownership of a geographic territory or named account list. Implements plans and actions.
- Contributes to the strategic plan.
