Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of communications experience
• Experience with compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of automotive industry communications
• Understanding of different training methodologies
• Familiarity with cross-brand requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and standard office tools
• Organizational skills
• Clear communication style
• Ability to follow established processes
• Understanding of basic training development principles
• Knowledge of corporate communications practices
• Understanding of compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of internal training standards and requirements
• Understanding of cross-brand guidelines
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Understanding of presentation design principles
• Knowledge of content management practices

Responsibilities

• Provide training support & maintenance for all Company CMS, including developing training materials, learning assessments, drafting training communications, and supporting cross-brand initiatives
• Support with compliance communications, including the communications calendar, deadlines, and delivery, prepare newsletter content, and create compliance presentations
• Align on requirements for training and communication through alignment with reporting materials, initiatives and implementation, and cross-brand communication requirements
• Oversee, with support, internal compliance website, maintain digital asset library, document content changes, support policy communications and maintain content repositories
• Track standard training metrics and document completion rates, monitor basic engagement data, compile and maintain regular reports, and support effectiveness tracking
