Requirements
- Bachelors degree and minimum of three years of experience
- Strong knowledge of systems and material requirements planning (MRP). Knowledge of SAP, an asset
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, perseverance and versatility, in addition to a strong business sense
- Ability to propose new and creative solutions
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations

- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable
- Develop and initiate commercial and contract management strategies with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Coordinate and support suppliers’ submissions as part of the choice of new programs
- Provide oversight and coaching with respect to supplier performance, including delivery, quality, cost management and continuous improvement
- Establish a strategic overview of the capacity of any supplier and actively participate, if not guide, in the strategic sourcing process in order to align the supplier with the vision of P&WC
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including production and post-sales logistics
- Coordinate events with suppliers, including supply chain forums, senior management reviews, program reviews, etc.
