Requirements
- Bachelor degree or technical diploma in mechanical or aeronautical engineering
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant experience in aerospace or related industry
- Strong knowledge of flight test and ground test installation and design for manufacturing, detail design (sheet metal, machined parts, welding, piping, and component assembly), drafting procedures and standards
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5R21 & up, ENOVIA, Excel and MS Office and Google tools is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions and validate them for experimental Flight Test aircrafts and Ground Test Rigs
- Closely interface with Center Of Competency groups, various flight and ground test groups and suppliers
- Support design and program reviews with Center Of Competency groups
- Produce status for the project and ensure that engineering deliverables, meeting quality requirements, are provided as per schedule
- Apply knowledge to provide solutions to a variety of technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity
