Requirements

• University degree
• 5 years’ experience in industrial logistics and customs compliance, or in business, operations or engineering, ideally in the aeronautics industry
• 2 years experience in industrial logistics and customs
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and/or Certified Export Specialist (CES)
• Knowledge of customs operations
• Excellent relational and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to change
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis to evaluate financial impact and generate information for all PWC entities worldwide
• Based on data analysis, define, categorize and implement action plan to minimize exposure of PWC and its subsidiaries to tariffs
• Maintain and optimize the KPI related to performance of the customs processes
• Document/update standard operating procedures, processes and tools to accommodate compliant and facilitative goods flow
• Manage reporting and analysis of tariff impacts results from export & import activities mainly for Canadian and US entities
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure Post Entry Corrections are made accurately and within required timelines in response to discrepancies identified after clearance process
• Conducting internal audits to ensure broker compliance
• Develop and maintain a controlled system to automatized Customs KPI
• Participate in process mappings, quality clinics and define problem resolutions plans and implement them to closure
• Participate to departmental continuous improvement projects by conducting data analysis and by following up on the action plans
• Support identification of processes/systems gaps and automate resolutions when applicable
• Keep abreast of customs conformity and legislation
