Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of dakis products and solutions, becoming the go-to expert for potential customers and the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of dakis solutions.
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads and foster relationships with customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Help new customers get started, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth and satisfying.
- Provide product training and communicate best practices (success coach).
- Provide first-class support to our customers, both before and after the agreement is signed.
- Teach our sales team all the ins and outs of dakis products, so they can promote them effectively.
- Work with our development team to provide feedback and ideas on how to improve our products.
- Represent dakis at industry events, sharing our solutions and building relationships.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our key customers, ensuring that they use our solutions correctly and are delighted with our service.
- Be a success coach and generate sales opportunities in the normal course of working with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the camera store, photo lab and printing industries.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of web hosting concepts (domain name, URL, email, website hosting, IP, DNS, A-Record, cname).
