Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Aeronautics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 10 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues
- Passion for data-driven decision making and analytics
- High degree of autonomy
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, persuade and empower to influence business transformations
- Self-starter who is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong in building relationship and trust with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provides Commercial Support guidance to the CS organization specific engine events or claims assessment
- Coordinate complex commercial issues/ events related to engine event and claims with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicates and liaises with all value stream regarding decisions, instructions or concessions for specific engine events
- Handles complex customer matters with high profile customers and coordinates for issue resolution to satisfy business profitability and customer expectations
- Participate in campaigns approval process, product reliability meetings, EACs and warranty adequacy
- Continuous Change Agent who will enable scalability and flawless integration to new technology and processes with strong communication and influential leadership practices
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, to lead and influence decisions
