Responsibilities
- Manages all administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies such as equipment
- Oversees and provides guidance on day-to-day activities of the team
- Oversees incoming and outgoing mail, while managing and overseeing a centralized mailbox for accounts
- Addresses client issues and concerns in partnership with the Specialized Fiduciary Officers, while adhering to the bank’s policies and procedures
