Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader, with 2+ years of team lead experience.
- Strong background in software development (5+ years of hands-on experience) and a deep understanding of building frontend solutions and backend services.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Driven by creating a high-performing team where knowledge sharing and building great solutions is what makes you smile at the end of the day.
- Long experience working with Agile methods, particularly SAFe and Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, testers, and business analysts to deliver exceptional results.
- Supporting the Crew Engineer Lead in the recruitment of new team members and fostering a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Driving Agile processes, including preparing and leading PI planning and scrum activities.
- Facilitating collaboration between multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and solutions.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the software aligns with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in coding and system architecture, with a hands-on approach to supporting technical decisions.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks for web and mobile applications (e.g., React/React Native).
- Experience with, or an interest in, taking on line management responsibilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory knowledge, such as GxP, SaMD validation, or similar.
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification.
