Sr Analyst – Business Intelligence

4-7 years Experience with data intelligence tools (e.g. Azure Data Studio, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, Redshift, Adobe Analytics)
4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
2-4 years Experience in online e-commerce or on-line support environments
2-4 years Experience in advanced SQL, scripting languages such as Python and ETL process to support complex data pipelines
2-4 years Experience with data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science or Similar Degree required
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, Adobe, & Business Objects)
Design, implement, and support modern data solutions with Azure technologies and Snowflake
Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management and product working teams
Lead the process of driving and surfacing core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance
Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design
Provide guidance and strategy with data curation, ETL process, leading and supporting complex data pipelines
Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

Master’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science or Similar Degree preferred
