Requirements
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts for warehousing and transportation activities, incorporating operational insights and business strategies.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis, comparing actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Month-End Close: Execute month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
- Preparing and distributing timely and accurate financial reports.
- Maintaining a strong internal control environment and compliance with company policy.
- Enhancing digitalization capability within the function.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors, MBA or CPA (not mandatory, however would be viewed favorably)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
