Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Strong executive communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical and strategic skills
- Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
- Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams

Responsibilities
- Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care
- Integrate disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention
- Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics
- Enhance data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses
- Serve as an in-house data expert and teach data science techniques to fellow teammates
- Help manage and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure
- Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines
- Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines
- Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan
- Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations
- Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders
- Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs by driving work lanes independently
- Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs
- Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
- Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories
Preferred Qualifications
- 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
