Responsibilities
- Administers the capacity planning plan, using historical data and trend patterns to effectively estimate team capacity for future key projects.
- Analyzes and reviews product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burn-down charts to gather key insights on productivity.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of scrum processes to identify process improvement opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Communicates with teams in a collaborative environment and provides feedback to help team members excel.
- Configures software for agile process facilitation to organize daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Coordinates internal retrospective meetings to guide teams in reflecting on lessons learned for completed projects.
- Designs team training, mentoring, or coaching programs to improve the understanding and application of scrum principles.
- Develops networking and collaboration opportunities to connect with scrum masters and agile practitioners to exchange experiences and share challenges.
- Examines competencies needed for scrum projects and develops communication, facilitation, conflict resolution skills in team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
