Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Sr Analyst for Services Analytics is responsible for directly supporting data driven and thought-provoking actionable insights related to the Services business unit. They will be a partner to leadership across the Services business unit to influence strategy and decision making with well formulated analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends for the US Services team, including but not limited to groups supporting Field Services, Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Service, & Customer Success
  • Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support the broader Services team to be strategically positioned and aligned with corporate initiatives
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and ability to prioritize and communicate / align effectively with the business partners
  • Consult and develop presentation materials for the Services leadership team; provide analyst partnership to support long term strategy planning
  • Build out applicable reporting to track strategic metrics, tactical efforts, corporate finance initiatives, core business unit KPIs, etc.
  • Proactively cross-collaborate with global functions, local operations teams, and a variety of business functions within Services and beyond

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred focus in Finance, Data Science, or Analytics related field)
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • High curiosity, strong analytical skills, an ability to build strong relationships, and attention to detail/accuracy
  • Proven critical thinking skills and experience navigating ambiguous scenarios; the ability to seek solutions in circumstances where two truths can run in parallel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present concise analysis to executive leadership
  • Advanced Excel and Basic SQL skills required; Advanced SQL, Basic Tableau, & Python a plus
  • Approx. 5-10% Travel Required

This job is On-site in Peachtree Corners, GA, 3 days weekly.
