Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting and organizing tradeshows and events.
- Strong organizational, communication and project coordination skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing spreadsheets and using data to inform decision making.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and financial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for sales leaders involved in regional tradeshows, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Coordinate booth asset ordering and shipping, maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available for successful event execution.
- Assist with tradeshow registration processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet all deadlines.
- Manage tradeshow intake and approval process for assigned tradeshows.
- Manage the cross-functional tradeshow calendar and sales resource pages.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to optimize tradeshow participation, offering support and insights.
- Gather and analyze tradeshow data to evaluate performance, providing insights to inform future planning and enhance overall event effectiveness.
- Assist in annual planning, forecasting and budgeting for tradeshows, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Support exhibit force inventory and tradeshow shipping logistics, assisting in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, providing necessary resources and guidance for sales teams and tradeshow managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce and Exhibit Force experience preferred.
